Good customer service. They take time to make sure they are taking care of your problem and not just racking up labor fees.

I didn't have the best experience here. We have been bring in our cars here since we moved into Ridgecrest. One of the things I liked about this place was that they did not charge for the dignosic cost if we fix it with them. One day my Ford explorer was dumping coolent. I brought it in and told them that it is dumping coolent. I bought it in 2 weeks prior and they did pressure test and found nothing. She says it is going to be $120 for the dignosic and I was fine with it since I was going to fix it with them. They found the problem quickly since it was dumping coolent... They said it was going to cost $1k to fix. I agreed to the cost but looking at the bill... They charged me the dignosic cost of $120. I called and asked about the dignosic cost she says they always charge for the dignosic cost... So later that day, I look under my truck and noticed that it is leaking oil... I was panicking and called A&L right away. They call me the next day and said it was the transmission fluid... I asked how this happened but didn't say... something about the transmission line next to the radiator... They fixed it free of charge

They had the best price in town for a commercial truck tire. It was installed quickly and properly.

A&L taking such good care of us! Called them when we were 30 mins away and they had exactly what we needed and told us what we needed to do when we arrived. Immediately came to the car and started providing service before we exited the vehicle. They explained in detail what was the problem and how to fix it to get back on the road quickly. I was very, very impressed in the service that manager Brian provided for me. I was traveling through Ridgecrest on a motorcycle while towing a small trailer. The trailer tires had warn down enough that I felt the tires had to be replaced immediately. Brian was working late and personally replaced both trailer tires for me, allowing me to continue my travels uninterrupted. Brian and A&L Tire really care about the safety of their customers, while providing excellent service, at reasonable prices.

This place was a lifesaver! Got us patched and back on the road to enjoy camping this weekend after a rogue highway stick stuck our all terrain. Marco and his crew were amazing, polite, and helpful. Everyone there was courteous and worked to ensure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend this shop/crew to anyone in need of emergency assistance, tires, brakes...you name it! These guys have you covered 👍🏼👍🏼

Had a tire pick up a what looked like the handle of some old metal scissors. Called the shop from lake Isabella, spoke with Bryan, explained what tire I needed. He did his due diligence, found the best set of tires he could. Had them changed within 45 minutes of me arriving. The hospitality was spot on, and they make sure your set before you leave.

Trailer had a flat. A and L was closed but Brian came out and fixed me up. Great service with a great attitude. Couldn't believe the low price.
