Incredibly nice and helpful manager. Went out of his way to help with a bad flat tire situation and quite literally saved our day.

Everyone at their shop is fast and friendlythey did an excellent job they actually hold out a torque wrench and torque my lug nuts would definitely recommend the shop to anyone

Brian and Earl really hooked us up with the after hours flat replacement! No other places wanted to help us out when we needed them. Kind and quick— highly recommend!

Ted (technician) saved our day. We were in our way to San Diego from Reno, and we had a problem with one of our tires. Ted had her wife at the hospital and still came to fix our tire. Thanks and congratulations on your new baby girl.

I'm sorry for the lateness of this review - I should have written this up a couple of months ago. Marco and the A&L Service team truly helped me out in a time of need. My car broke down in the middle of Death Valley, probably one of the worst places in the country to have your alternator die... I was able to get my car towed to Ridgecrest, and after frantically calling every repair shop in town (on a Saturday evening no less), A&L was not only still open but gladly accepted my car into their shop. Marco went above and beyond by letting my girlfriend and I hang out well into the evening in the front office while I waited on a ride back to Los Angeles. He stayed with us after-hours to make sure that we were comfortable and safe. The service done to my car was impeccable and it has been running smoothly ever since. His prices are more than fair. It is nice to know that there are still repair shops that pride themselves on taking care of not just the vehicles, but the people as well. I wish I would give you 6 stars, but I'll have to settle for 5/5. Thank you all again and Marco - you're the man!

Marco and his crew were a fantastic help when we blew a tire and bent 2 wheels while heading to Death Valley after a rock slide. After a AAA tow (thanks Terry) we got to Ridgecrest with only 1 tire shop still open. Marco stayed open late and found us the two wheels from a friend of his and put on a new tire (1 survived) and got us going the same day! Thanks again Marco for the above and beyond service!
