Marco and his crew were a fantastic help when we blew a tire and bent 2 wheels while heading to Death Valley after a rock slide. After a AAA tow (thanks Terry) we got to Ridgecrest with only 1 tire shop still open. Marco stayed open late and found us the two wheels from a friend of his and put on a new tire (1 survived) and got us going the same day! Thanks again Marco for the above and beyond service!

This place absolutley saved my day, and saved me money. An hour before they closed I blew a tire and Brian made it his priority to help me out. Everytime I've gone here I've had exceptional customer service, but they went above and beyond to not only make sure I got back on the road, but that I got the best deal they could offer. They're hours only kept them open until 5 PM, and we wrapped five minutes after that. At no point did they rush the transaction, and the entire shift seemed to pull together to help me out. I'm at home right now with four tires on my car, and more money in the bank. If I called anybody else I would probably have dealt with the expense of a tow truck, and then have to figure out how to get to a tire shop tomorrow. I personally thank you Brian, and I thank everybody on your crew this evening that helped make this happen.
