Great service and prices. Paul and team always take care of my last-minute emergencies, and they don't even act like they hate me for it. ;) Today I got to see their new notification system in work. I got email updates as my truck got maintenance. It was awesome.

Was in a bind out on the highway. Was able to make it to town to this shop as they were highly recommend. They exceeded my expectations! Got me right in, patched me up and got be back on the road in no time. They even expedited the service because they knew I was passing through. Will do business here again.

I have had a great experience with this shop! I got the front control arms replaced here on my 2002 IS300. They worked for over a week trying fight through some rust that had built up and we're able to successfully able to do the maintenance for me. Afterwards, I noticed my front right tire was scraping on something, so I took it back in and they fixed the issue completely free of charge! They have a 24 month warranty on all their work. They were even kind enough to provide me with a loaner car during the time my car was being worked on. If you want high quality work done, be sure to bring your car here.

We rolled in on our donut in early April, after an errant rock slashed the sidewall of the right front tire in Red Rock Canyon. Because the car is an AWD, a replacement tire has to within a couple 32nd in tread depth or all four tires have to be replaced. The news was grim, but Bryan delivered it kindly. And I was prepared to buy a new set of tires. Then he tried one more thing and found an exact match just 1/32 off in wear. Sold. That kind of serendipity is just chance and won't happen often. I was definitely lucky. What I really appreciated though was the attitude of everyone there, the helpfulness, the professionalism and attention to customer service. We're just the average couple in a Subaru on road trip. Nothing special, but we definitely felt we were treated as if we were. Total number of people we engaged - 5, including Bryan - everyone of them positive and helpful. Thanks.
