Ridgecrest Auto Repair

I was in dire need of some service on my truck after my front right wheel fell off going down the freeway at 75 mph. It was a Saturday and they stayed open late to finish the work. Would highly recommend them. Great service and quality work.

Another satisfied A & L Tire customer. Had a flat on highway 178 on a Sunday - miles from anywhere. A good samaritan helped us put the spare on but as we were headed for a week in Death Valley, knew I needed to have the tire repaired or replaced.Naturally it was a Sunday but the $100 fee to come to the shop was well worth it. The technician checked the tire to ensure it would be Ok with repair - rather than replace. So a quick and efficient repair and we were on our way, not without a great lunch recommendation as well. You don't always get to chose where you go for auto service out in the country but these people are great and ethical. Like others have mentioned, wish they were the tire people in my town.

Got a flat on the way up to ridgecrest. They gave me some decent tires and put them on fairly quickly. They're pretty friendly staff as well.

Just went in bc I had a bolt in one of my tires. They looked at it and maybe less than 15 min later, they patched it up and even put my spare tire back in its wheel well. Staff is awesome. They know what they're doing. Thanks you guys for a speedy and efficient job! We previously have used them to get a second opinion for tires on our Mini Cooper too. Dealership said we needed to replace our tires immediately. Went to A&L and they told us all it needed was a rotation in tires. Saved us a butt load of money!

Everyone at A&L is awesome! We had an emergency where we shredded 4 run flat tires. They opened on a Sunday for us, ordered the tires that day and had what we needed the day after. The service was so exceptional that it restored my faith in humanity.Not only did they get us back on the road the next day, they lent us their shop truck so we could drive around town. I was so amazed and delighted.I with A&L were in my town so they could be my go to for tires. If you're ever near Ridgecrest and have a tire emergency, A&L is the place to go. (The $100 opening the shop on Sunday fee is worth EVERY CENT!).Thanks everyone at A&L!!!

A&L was a gem of a find - we took the Yelp reviews and trusted that we would get good service. I was traveling through from Death Valley on my way across the country to the east coast and realized I needed an oil change, so we stopped here for an oil change and tire rotation. The woman I spoke to on the phone let me know they had a summer special happening for a free tire rotation with oil change, which resulted in about a $50 estimate. While they were checking things, they discovered someone had put silicone around the plug for the oil pan, which no one else had let me know about, so they ordered a part from down the street and got it fixed really quickly for minimal charge. We waited less than an hour, even though the place stayed busy the whole time; and they had initially been willing to drive us home to wait but said they would just hurry since we were from out of town. Overall, great customer service! I felt like they were honest and ethical business people who I would return to, either traveling or if I lived in the

I am more than thankful for this company. Back in April, my friend and I got a flat in the most desolate area of Death Valley. No tow trucks would bring us back there and we found ourselves so far away from our car. We hitchhiked to Ridgecrest. A&L Tires drove us back to our car and we got out in time to drive back to SF and make our class. 100000 thank yous. If I could give 20 stars I would. They were kind, and went above and beyond their service. Thank you.

Great shop. I was traveling through and needed a replacement tire. The tire was very reasonably priced. The gal at the desk was friendly and and got the paperwork done quickly. The mechanic replaced the tire and installed it on my truck checking both torque and pressure for needed tires, he was very fast and efficent and friendly too. These professionals got me back on the road in about 20 minutes. Thanks A&L, 5+ Stars!
